You are more than welcome to bring your friend to your new home! Just a $500 pet deposit and 20 a month pet rent! Some breed restrictions apply, contact us for more detials.
Is there a washer and dryer in each apartment?
Hookups in all floorplans except for smallest one bedroom
How much does utilities cost?
The tenant is responsible for electricity going through OG&E
Water, sewer, gas, and trash are covered by your Resident Services fee.
Is there a fitness center?
Yes, we have a 24 hour fitness center.
Is smoking allowed on property?
No, this is a no-smoking community
What are the qualifications to live there?
Income must be 3 times the amount of rent, credit and criminal background checks are completed, and rental verification is completed by former landlord.
